We take pride in the quality of service we provide, from the initial contact with the hiring managers through the entire interview/hire process as follows:
Dedicated recruiter assigned to work directly with hiring manager(s).
Review job descriptions with hiring manager(s) to identify individual requirements and prioritize job openings. Set time tables for scheduling of interviews and follow-up. This information allows us to streamline the process of finding the right candidates quickly.
Develop and implement appropriate advertising and/or web strategy as needed.
Identify target companies for search.
Recruit/Pre-screen the top High Technology professionals within your industry.
Present three to four highly qualified candidates for each particular position (our goal is to make the manager wish they could hire all of the candidates presented).
Act as liaison by tailoring communication between the hiring manager and the candidate as needed.
Scheduling of interviews (arrange calendars of all those involved in the interview/hire process to make this a smooth cycle).
Make any special arrangements for the interview (travel, etc.).
Upon completion of the interview, follow up immediately with all those involved including the CANDIDATE. This is very important as to make you aware of any possible red flags that may arise if an offer comes to fruition.
Schedule a second (and third) round of interviews with the appropriate people.
Close the candidate on the position, as well as the company.
Complete all reference checks.
